Relatively easy install. The module works perfectly. Very happy. The Seller included extra tools to assist with the installation and a USB C to USB A (3.0) adapter and a spare USB cable. Very nice.

Pillow - has smooth inside surface, so it won't damage the seat underneath - is soft enough, but also not too spongy, supportive for the neck - sewed lettering: could be better detailed, but isn't too bad though - fits good on the original seat, height adjustable

We bought this part to replace a cracked one on our 2022 Tesla Model Y. The parts is exactly like the one on the car and fit well. One thing that I would recommend is to include the upper mirror cap removal tool. This is a special plastic tool that is required to remove the upper cap on the mirror. You have to remove this in order to install this lower part. It would be helpful to have this tool with the lower shell. The tool is literally a flexible piece of plastic, much like something you'd use to apply window tint or a vinyl sign to take out bubbles. It needs to insert between the upper cap and the housing to release the clips on the upper mirror cap.
